If Bidwill was a serious owner he would give Kubiak a blank check to become the next head coach and give him a big budget to fill out his staff and bring in the coaches he wants.

Kubiak is not taking the job. He’s well connected throughout the league and he’s not going to attach himself to Monti and Bidwill. This job is 100% going to someone who is desperate for the opportunity.

Those 3 should be prioritized
Either Kubiak or Robert Saleh would be good head coaches, Saleh was head coach with the Jets, now defensive coordinator for the 49ers; Kubiak is with a very successful Seattle Seahawks team. However, there is a severe " culture issue" with the Cardinals, so the next head coach will have to change that.
We have a good chance of getting him because he knows how to play all these defenses. He faces the same division 6x a year which he has experience with.
