14. You mentioned Like Steckel out tight ends coach as a possible next new OC a few weeks ago. Is it too early to try him in the job with Klint as HC or do we need someone with more experience?

15. Kubiak, Mike McDaniel, or Kingsbury for Raiders HC! We NEED a HC who will be our offensive play caller to pair with Mendoza for the next 15+ years and have consistency. If we hire a defensive head coach, Mendoza will have to learn a new offense every couple years

36. You got it wrong Sanjit, the raiders were good during the Reggie Mckinize era because of Bill Musgrave. Honestly, we should have hired him to be head coach. He had DC playing at a MVP type level. We were never the same when he left. McKenzie had one good year of pics, but after that, he had some really bad ones.
