Bucs are gonna suck next year
Licht is good enough that if the Bucs were dumb enough to fire him he would quickly become a GM for another NFL franchise.
He should be on the hot seat the only positions he can evaluate is o line wr and maybe cb. He can’t find franchise qb, he needs to learn how to scout and evaluate college QBs he finally got Bucky after who knows how many RBs he missed on. He should go with Bowles probably. The only thing he’s really good at is managing the cap lol
Bucs need a better TE than Otten and a replacement for RB White then spend all the draft on defensive front seven and the remaining free agency money as well.

It doesn't matter about coaching hires…they will all fall in line to the Todd…therefore same outcome…sorry…insanity in my opinion…
Alright with he hisorey lesson. Geet into the situations as they exist today and why Licht is hay to keep Bowles because Todd the Timid will be next year's scapegoat for Licht. Carolina has gotten streong; Atlanta will be OK with a new coach and threaten the Bucs; and the Saints are vastsly improving. 9&i will not get the Bucs sto the play-offs. And Bowles does not wanat an OC who will definitely put his play-calling on defense to shame. Bowles will need another scapegoat nexcrt year, and Licht will have Bowles as his scapegoat.
Licht is good but he needs to give up a first rounder and get a proven pass rusher . I hope Bucs get sunny styles this year I draft
