5. I don't think Shough is as successful in this rookie year without Kellen Moore. This isn't one of those cases where the QB makes a coach's career as you said. Kellen Drafted him when nobody else agreed with it. As much as we all know QB is the most important position to have solidified in football, you have to know by now that QB development has been a Kellen Moore specialty ever since he was hired on to his first QB coach job with Dak and the Cowboys. He had Andy Dalton & Cooper Rush throwing to uber driver WR's in Dallas when Dak, Lamb, and A.Cooper were hurt and they were winning games. I think very highly of Shough and his ability to game plan, study, and work with Kellen schemes (he knows no better in the NFL as Kellen is his first HC). Shough deserves a lot of credit, but think the pairing with Kellen is what made such a turnround in the Saints 2nd half of the season.

6. Give KM an A. He exceeded expectations. He walked into a mess at QB. He found Shough as a QB and a lot of good draft choices. He developed Rattler and Shough. They are better than when they came. He brought in Staley as the DC. KM is a proven playcaller and superbowl winner . He built the culture despite losses. You criticize the team's starts, but you don't give KM credit for second hal;f adjustments. He was left with a lousy oline, hurt /gone wrs, and rbs. What is wrong with you guys? .

7. Of course you put Mike Varbal, and Ben Johnson ahead of him. Look at the roster he inherited. Those 2 coaches had playoff roster from the beginning. We have to draft good, spend on free agents in position of need like interior line. Draft Jeremiyah Love. Though we need a X receiver and another pass rusher. We are not that far off. RUN it back with DD and Cam. Sign Olave for sure. Who Dat! Shough is the guy.

8. KELLEN moore hands down MVP. He clearly had influence in our best draft ever. He put together an amazing staff. He kept morale high and had a terrible terrible roster competing in all but 2 games. Helped develop Tyler S. and timed his 1st start perfectly as well as protecting his confidence early. Kellen Moore really is under appreciated in the Saints fan base cuz we’re all excited about Tyler Schough

10. Super impressed with Kellen Moore reigniting a team that was a total nightmare. With Shough proving his skill and building on it, I’m stoked to see this team grow. Kellen Moore was a great hire. Players seem to love him.
