What if this team was serious and would go get a new GM?
4 years. In those seasons Kwesi has had 0 drafts worth a darn at all, every single one below league average. He has been hoodwinked on several trades, and only one of the 4 offseasons did he do well in free agency. The team is back in cap hell, still completely rudderless at QB, and hasnt won a playoff game on his watch, cant even make the playoffs consistently, just finished third in the division.
The idea that we need to stick with him is absurd, four years in the NFL is a very long time.
Remember those Poles vs Kwesi debates. Thats settled, put it down in permanent ink. Poles won. Chicago found their QB, won a playoff game, are on the top of the division.
Minnesota made a mistake trying to go this route, it didnt work. Thats acceptable if you move off it, but this refusal to change and just keep doing it is just so very this franchise. Always afraid to be great settling for this 9-8 kind of stuff, not winning playoff games. Hell to be in the Super Bowl you absolutely must win at least 2 playoff games in a single season, at least 3 to win the super bowl, and often times would need 4. The Vikings havent won 2 playoff games in a single year since the 1980s.
But sure, just grabbing whatever not good enough veteran QB is available with the GM you have and pretending everything will work out and not continuing to draft until you hit like Chicago just did will work for us this time when it hasnt at all for the last almost 50 years we've been doing it.

anyway you look at this, if Flores leaves the Vikings are, at best an average team. O'Connell has been exposed. 58 years of following this shit show organization, I am a dumbass!!😞😡
