13. Callahan did not call plays for the Bengals (good offense) . He DID however call plays for the Titans (bad offense) until he stopped 3 games before he was fired.

20. I actually like that the Bucs are considering him. I trust that they will be able to determine if he is the right fit for Baker and the offense. But things I like to see are that he was a QB, he's an experienced OC and obviously the Titans saw something in him to make him the leader of their team. He may not have called plays a lot in Cincy but he obviously would have had to be involved with the game plan and the adjustments in-game. Plus it's not like Cohen, Canales or Leftwich had this extensive experience with calling plays. I like that he has worked with talented QBs and receiving core. And, I think it's a little underrated that he has an advanced degree in teaching – because that's what coaching is. Leadership and teaching. He may not be the first choice and that's okay, but the more I think about it – I would feel comfortable with this hire if they determine he'd be a good fit
