3. I think Shedrick Jackson just needs more reps. He makes me think about when we first picked up Tucker and Tre only had small sample size reps, then we see him as a regular and its like, why didnt we just give him these reps to begin with? Thats how I feel about Shedrick. If he took Dante Thorntons spot I wouldn't be mad at it

6. HC, OC, OL coach are the top 3 needs. They cannot draft Mendoza and not pair him with the right coaching. A system has to be built around him. You don't just hire a head coach and set a qb up for failure like you did with Carr. Derek Carr should have always had 4 and 5 WR sets. He was never a check down QB, bad coaching made him that way. He wasn't an RPO qb like most of the recent qb's. It wasn't just Carr who failed under McDaniels, everyone did and was confused. Mendoza can't get away with the stuff you see him getting away with in the bowl games/playoffs, in the NFL. So collectively an architect is needed and this must translate. You can't have OL'men who can't function in the new system. This is why I don't want that psychopathic punk in Brady making decisions. He's a grade A moron. Under his leadersh** players had their own private meetings last year. Raiders have a golden opportunity and can't screw it up relying on a former QB with overinflated statistic while the nfl was in bed with the cia/military industrial complex generating fake patriotism. Raiders teams will not be receiving any fixes.

7. QB, OL, and WR. If we're going to draft a QB it should be a priority to support him. He'll have a RB and TE so he'll need protection and true #1 WR.

11. You need a backup for Miller been injured every year. He's great when healthy but you have to anticipate an injury.
