  1. Think I watched the dolphins for a long time. Nobody’s talking about this. And it has to weigh in Anthony Weaver now if he doesn’t get a head coaching job horrible has his defense coordinator our worst case scenario he has the defense in place that he wants to run.. they have been drafting the last two years the defensive players the type of players for the defense he likes to run. Miami is serviceable upfront and if they could fix the corners, the whole defense would come together. Now we leave the GM from Green Bay Sully to fix that offensive line. That’s the one thing that Chris Greer and his 10 year could never come close to. He believe that you could develop guys in the later rounds to become starters. His talent evaluation of offensive lineman was the worst. I have seen in my 54 years. We get that offensive line we got pieces. Only team I’m worried about is the Falcons say we’ll give you Alexander as well. Miami lost a couple games by one score that could have been coached victories when looking at a possible playoff team all it needs is a little structure..🐬🆙🫡

  2. The big question is, if Harbaugh would be ok with working under a GM he hadn't chosen. Unfamaliarity might not work well with a guy like Harbaugh who would have to deal with an entirely new and possibly different GM Harbaugh might not have any interest in working with.

  3. Culture change sure ,but he also needs a QB man ..Tua is NOT THAT GUY .Harvaugh always had a QB .Thats going to turn away many coaches and maybe even Harbaugh being the contract situation with Tua .To me coaches are just like quarterbacks .It matters in where they land and this team is behind the eight ball with the qb and a ton of other positions .Guess we will see but Harbaugh imo has better options aside front the great weather in Miami

  4. That link from Aikman to JJ is a ok thing people aren’t talking enough about. Dolphins actually reached out to JJ first and he recommended Aikman. Great Point fellas!

  5. Harbaugh would be crazy to come to the dolphins. They don’t have a QB and will be in salary cap hell for the next two years while they get out from under the terrible Tua contract. Giants are a way better situation with Dart in place.

  6. Yep, Harbs and then Lamar 2027/2028. I'm a Ravens fan since 1996 (when they were founded). Seriously considering becoming a Miami fan since I live in SWFL. Harbs could definitely help me make that decision 🐬🩵🧡🤍🏈

  7. I know this bring heat… but I’ve asked many times what does Marino do… Aikman not afraid to say what he feels, Marino on the other hand seems to want to fly under the radar- To make an ommlett you need to break eggs-

  8. I mean everyone already knows they covet Harbaugh at the top lol this video didn’t really serve a purpose. Maybe let us know who is the fallback if he goes elsewhere? Is there anyone else that is in that mold?

  9. I’m born and raised in Miami. Been a Dolphan since Shula left the Colts for Miami when I was a kid.

The parallels are spooky. Shula took the Baltimore Colts to Super
Bowl 3 but lost to the Jets…1969. People were saying he couldn’t win the big one.

A year later, 1970 he comes to Miami…a team with good talent but no discipline and a weak coach. He changes the culture, takes them to the playoffs the 1st year then 3 straight Super Bowls…including the perfect season.

Harbaugh seems to have reached the same impasse with the Baltimore Ravens. Can’t win the big game…etc. And he is a disciplinarian.

    I hope they get him.

I’ve been waiting a long time for the good old days to return..

  10. Sounds like rumors. I still don't see it. I see them going with another coach.

I think NY is a better fit than Miami. It is clearly more stable. they have a better roster. Miami Dolphins are one of the most dysfunctional organizations. I don't think John wants to walk into this mess. I wouldn't even take the job, and I am longtime fan. Miami has a history of making bad decisions. Steven Ross has helped set these organizations back for many years. Why would John want to come here and work with Ross?? Sounds like a giant headache.

I think the GM selects someone that he has worked with. I think maybe he selects someone from Green bay. He is going to need help cleaning this team up. He needs a savvy veteran who understands rosters and agrees with his gameplan.

I have to agree with Big O, I think Mike McCarthy would be a good pick. I think John is a pipe dream, could happen, but I don't see it.

  11. Is Harbaugh a Republican? Anyway. Only pros for him to go to Miami. Ross will give him all the money he needs. All the power he wants. He’s 62 so already will be in a retirement state. I think his daughter goes to college in Central Florida. Plus he will never get fired.

  12. been a Fins fan since my childhood in the mid seventies,l currently live close to Baltimore, while he’s unquestionably a great coach,Harbaugh hasn’t won anything of significance since the early 2000’s,with Jackson as QB,they have had limited playoff success,l would like the 🐬to hire a younger defensive minded coach,l’m tired of retreads, they need to tear the current foundation down and start from scratch(also, switch back to the original logo period)!!! 😮‍💨

  13. Dolphin fan here- I want Harbaugh. Miami has gone through a string of failed HCs who were coordinators with zero head coaching experience. I don’t want to see that again. We had Jimmy Johnson also but he retired before he could make a difference. He was HC the last time the Dolphins won a playoff game in 2000. Harbaugh is experienced and won’t be a learn on the job guy. I want Harbaugh
