So is the idea that the Jays have made formal offers to everyone they are interested in that has other suitors and that they are all just waiting to see if somebody steps up the offer?
First domino has fallen, hopefully there will be more movement soon. Spring training is in 5 weeks

I’ve said all along. The jays are not tuckers first choice and he’s waiting to get an offer from someone else. Jays only get him if no one else steps in and offers what they have. And given that it sounds like maybe Bo is being over aggressive in what he wants, what once appeared like almost a given that they were getting one or the other now seems a lot less likely.
Nobody knows what’s going on because nobody predicted Bregman to the Cubs. The Jays could be finalizing a contract as we speak for Tucker or he could be on his was to the Angels for all we know. All this speculation is insufferable.

Was watching mlb channel, Steve Phillips was saying tuckers contract probably starting with a two hence why I don’t think he signed nowhere yet cause all other ball clubs feel the same way. I believe the jays are the front runners for tucker as Atkins don’t like weak defensive players hence why Bo not coming back.
