  1. New special teams coordinator bring back our record field goal kicker cut mcanus. Either cut or restructure Jenkins and Gary. Quay walker up in the air. Draft DL, lots of DL depth in the draft thankfully. Replace Walker he cant block.
Edit: Get rid of penalty magnet nixon too

  2. I can't stand how the media passive aggressive dog you in your face basically like Matt you do know you were straight A this year tell me how does that feel? Would you fire yourself for the horrible job you did this year? The media's ways are very cut throat

  3. For the people who want Lafleur to be fired. Who do you want to replace him with? There isnt a coach on the market right now that we could guarantee is going to come in and be more successful. Dude has been here 7 seasons and has gone to the playoffs 6 of those seasons. We were probably the most injured team in the league this season. You guys say fire him fire him fire him but who are we going to replace him with? We are a super bowl contending team. Why would you guys want to start from the bottom with a new coach and waste some of our young players youth?

  4. genuinely disappointed for and in Matt. Had a chance to stick it to Ben Johnson and i really want him to get revenge on him, but he fumbled both of his opportunities and has no one to blame but himself.

  5. If Lafleur is not fired, then its stenavich and Bisaccia that gets thrown under the bus. There were some over-inflated expectations in 2025 after acquiring Micah but this team did not improve and grow from week 1 to week 18. It seemed like the same mistakes and miscues each week and that falls 100% on the coaches.

  6. LaFleur was not the problem. I understand he's the coach and it starts with him, but he's not playing on the field and the players left points all over the game

  7. Pretty easy answer. Get a new O-line coach, get a new ST coach. Those are literally the two issues we've had outside of penalties all year.

  8. We get our run game back next season we get our offence firing.

This coaching staff can coach the O-Line, we know that for certain. We need to get them some actual talent. I suspect Hafley will be back after the seasons ending – we have the pieces.

    Goldens going to go OFF

  9. “Echo of the whistle”. Look no further than DOUBS’ botched on side kick. Bears diving for the loose ball, Packers players standing around the like. There was a lack of “strain”.

  10. 1. MLF states: "What has happened in the past." Things that happened in the past will affect what happens in the future, especially when they aren't addressed effectively.

    2. MLF states: "Adversity is part of the game, and the bottom line is that you have to find a way to overcome. If you don't, you have to answer a lot of questions for it." Adversity is part of the game and life, but what is MLF doing to overcome it?

I hear the same responses to questions that seem to challenge his management style and thought process. One of my biggest concerns about Matt LaFleur is that he doesn't seem to answer questions that are specifically about him.

Please listen to the answer he gives at 35:57 in the press conference. Please pay attention to the reporter's words, "When it starts with you." MLF uses a "we" approach when answering that question, rather than an "I" approach.

I appreciate MLF's awareness of how the fans feel after this loss and season. MLF states at 42:44 in the conference that "you have to lose losses like this for fuel." I think he had the same response last year when Green Bay lost to Philadelphia.
