3. The sad part is that Dolan says he has confidence in the team and it will take time , he trusts Drury. What is it takes time? Are we sticking with this team, rebuilding, retooling what’s the direction of this team. They did a rebuild a few years back then they were a contender, Dolan fires Gorton and JD hires Drury ( which I feel it was about other teams having interest in Drury) , they go to ECF and after the loss Drury doesn’t address any of the needs. Then manages to make bad trades, signings and draft picks. What’s this teams plan. He’s definitely Dolans bitch just like Sather, so do something already

11. Pens fan here. I really like Sullivan and was sad to see him leave. I even said I thought he was going to get the Rangers a Cup. But the issues you are talking about here are things we saw with the Pens the last few seasons. I still think he's a good coach and maybe the Rangers current roster has some of the same issues the Pens did the last few years but perhaps Sully needs to change up some things in his coaching style.

12. Drury should have been fired like yesterday… but yes keep fox shesty miller and gabkov and get rid of everyone else we can.

14. Braden Schneider played the worst game of his Rangers career. Kaiser Soucy has two left feet. Morrow doesn't know what league he's in. Robertson was very good until around Christmastime – since then his stock has plummeted like Blackrock. Borgen plays hard, so I'll go easy on him (would NEVER have traded KK for him). Gavrikov has been their best player through the first half, but his rock solid coverage in the defensive zone has leveled off a bit in January. This team is headed toward the cellar without 31.I'm not keen on trading Panarin or Trocheck UNLESS there's a change in the front office.

19. I think the point about getting outshot so badly is important. In order to shoot, you need to have the puck. In order to have the puck, you need to either complete a pass or carry the puck up the ice. Cuylle and Lafreniere are turnover machines – watch Cuylle every time he brings the puck over the line. No defenseman can crisply complete a pass. Schneider was never gonna be a top pair D but he is now AHL level. Of course, he's being relied on for too much with Fox out, which of course takes us to the GM who seems to be with us for life.

21. I think fans are overreacting to this loss. Yes, it was an embarrassing, historically bad ass-whupping, and this team will not make the playoffs. And yes, Drury is an incompetent, intemperate fool whose tenure as GM will be a case study in mismanagement and poor judgment for decades to come. And yes, the organization has no promising young talent in the pipeline. And yes, the roster is old and slow and has no depth. And yeah, there's no hope for the future because we all know Drury is incapable of rebuilding. But…..actually, nevermind – nobody is overreacting.
