1. Brian Flores is the Worst head coach choice to develop a young Rookie QB.
   Flores would be good for the Bengals, or Falcons… etc.

2. I don’t know if you realize it but you’re basically saying they need to replace Pete Caroll with a Pete Caroll type coach. Established offense guy that’s already won a Super Bowl? You just had that in Oakland

3. QBss are a fragile thing.
   You can ruin a good/great QB early in their career with HCs who don't know how to develop them. Build their confidence.
   Some HC are great Builders for franchises.
   Others are great Finishers.
   Dungy was a great Builder
   Gruden was a great Finisher. But not a great Builder.

4. They’ll probably get Kliff Kingsbury. He was supposed to go there before he got the Commanders gig. Brady has always spoken highly of Kliff too

5. Flores would be a Trainwreck, I agree with Stefanski & McCarthy, both solid choices for where this team is at right now

7. I'd much prefer a Brian Flores or Jesse Mintert (epa total defense 4th & 7th this year!) over a Kingsbury or Daboll as HC…but i get what ur saying. I just don't see any true Leader type with Ben Johnson skills or Liam Coen abilities…if we had hired Spytek earlier then when he was hired he may have been able to convince the top brass to go with Coen, but I kinda feel like the Raiders leadership needed to see this ship go down this year to trust Spytek more

8. I mean, if you hire an offensive coach, then the DC hire becomes really important lol. Extremely weird to judge coaches based on whether they are offense or defense. They run the entire team….

9. Hey Julian, I know you are gonna be preoccupied with playoff content right now but during the offseason id love to see a video and get your thoughts on what the cardinals should do. It just seems a mess right now without a coach and Kyler pretty much benched. Its for sure offseason talk tho we've been irrelevant since week 2 lol.
