It’s been playing in petty much every barn in the league. Heated Rivalry is in the zeitgeist right now and the NHL is taking advantage of it. Same way that they played KPop Demon Hunters at games.
Cynically, this means nothing for actual queer acceptance in the league. And the added scrutiny on player private lives makes having an openly queer player even less likely. Players were banned from wearing all special jerseys because the idea of putting on a jersey that symbolized allyship with the queer community was controversial. Playing the song is a cash grab. Plain and simple.

They played it during Seattle’s game against the Wild also. That was also their Pride night.
They played it at the Edmonton game a few weeks back. They’ve been playing it since the episode aired I think
Love that empty netters have fully embraced and promoted this show. LGBTQ support in the hockey community has been pretty iffy historically
