  1. Oh thank god.

Sometimes it’s really hard being a fan of this franchise. Anything promising gets taken away through injury. I’m glad he’s positive about it and it’s nothing too serious.

  2. Kris and him can take it easy and hold hands while they get their backs recuperated

Hopefully they are back in full form after some rest

  3. Disaster averted. Hold him out a few games, give him a week to rest. Will be back to his normal self soon enough!

  4. Watching the way he came down, it was very flat-footed and it looks like his hip and lower back absorbed all of his weight. You can see both his feet hit flatly, square at the same time while he’s in an athletic stance.

It seems to me like his lower back probably immediately seized up a bit because the muscle fascia took a rapid overload and he needs to go hot/cold on it and then take at least a week off to let it just relax and heal.

Please don’t put yourself at risk, Deni! Back injuries are no joke. Ridiculously easy to replicate if not healed 100%.

  5. I love his dedication and determination, but medical staff needs to step in and bench him for at least the next game so he doesn’t make it worse.

  6. Stop run and gun. 6’8” and 200 lbs keeps running for 30 minutes. Who the f*ck can be healthy under this stress.

  7. True warrior. He needs some rest, at least 1-2 week, or tiredness could lead to serious injuries.

  8. HE WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT! HE GOT T-BONED! THE ENTIRE CONDITIONING STAFF NEEDS TO BE FIRED FOR LETTING HIM PLAY!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS??? I HAVE HAD IT WITH THE STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING STAFF!!!! HOW STUPID CAN THEY BE??? GETTING T-BONED OR REAR-ENDED AT OVER 15MPH OFTEN COMES WITH COMPRESSION FRACTURES THAT A 25YO DOESN’T FEEL!!!

AND FEED KLINGAN FOOD AND WEIGHTS!!! HOLY MOLY!!!

The entire staff needs to be overhauled. This is unacceptable. Half the team is hurt because of the vegan-resistance band philosophy and high pace play. I’m legitimately livid about this. I broke my neck at 24yo in a 35-40mph car crash, thought I was fine and was not.
