  1. The Hertl trade was just awful for the Sharks. Hertl asked to be traded after he had a serious injury and the sharks were awful anyway. He had surgery and the sharks really did him a personal favor by agreeing to that knights trade. I would have also traded Hertl but the Knights got the sharks to agree to give 2 3rd rounders and pay part of his salary every season and I would have never agreed to that. Hertl was an all star that season. The only reason the sharks should have agreed to that would be if some surgeon or doctor told the sharks he will never be as good again or something. If that did happen the trade is not as bad but if it did not happen it was insanity.

I get this trade turned into Askarov but it does not change the knights got the better deal since Hertl is still an all star level player. In this game the sharks literally paid Hertl to beat them.

  2. Sharks are now 0-8-2 when Celebrini goes without a point, and the losses aren't close either. They've been outscored 42-11 in those games lmao. He should absolutely win the Hart if they make the playoffs.. Hell, even if they don't he's clearly keeping that team from being a 10 win team at best lol.
