2. A "hole in the ice." 😅 Please elaborate! I've been playing ice hockey since l was age 04 in 1971 and I've never heard of or seen a hole in the ice at an indoor hockey arena. This is C-R-A-Z-Y! I can only imagine what the NHL'ers are thinking, the jokes they are cracking. These guys are going over there to play boot hockey on scruffy ice with a tennis ball…

11. All the Sens did was make this More Public then it needed to be. And Honestly by making the statement and how they worded it…Kinda makes it sound like its all true.

12. when i saw the ottawa statement, i was afraid of, like, more serious allegations. so all in all i can’t deny that the actual rumors are pretty funny

13. I could site at least ten examples of Kotkaniemi acting like an over-entitled adolescent during his tenure in Montreal. His father has had a very detrimental effect on the kids career. KK turned out to be little more than a fourth liner & a lousy skater with low hockey IQ who refuses to heed advice & direction from his coaches. This is what happens when a player is drafted third overall when he should have been a late second rounder in the 2018 draft. Then Daddy insists he's a top six forward at every turn, refuses any & all advice from the NHL coaching staff in Montreal & Carolina to help the kid, & hires private trainers & skating coaches. KK's a defensive liability, mediocre in the face-off circle, & refuses to provide a consistent level of effort & physicality on the fourth line. After the Canes traded away Necas & Drury, KK had one goal in his next forty two games and none in his last thirty three postseason appearances. Necas carried this stiff for four seasons in Raleigh. The Canes front office mismanaged this situation ninety ways to Sunday by investing $45m in a player who had six goals in 2020 & five goals in 2021 in Montreal. If a player is unmotivated & lacks talent no amount of NHL coaching or cheer leading will rectify the situation. You'll just be treated to five frustrating seasons of false hustle & increasingly brief glimpses of what the player was supposed to develop into.

    Same trolls: The Sens put out a statement denying the Ullmark rumor, holy crap it must be true!"

20. For those wondering about the Ullmark rumours he's being accused of cheating on his wife and that's why he's away. I believe its with team player's wives not positive.

21. The thing is this rumor seemed to come out of nowhere and the Ottawa Senators instantly came out to defend it and to say no it’s not true. I’ve never seen in an NHL team come out that fast to debunk something. Usually never happens. Tells you there’s some real problems in Ottawa and whether smoke there’s fire. I dealt with this in Boston last year with teammates not getting along it’s something that takes a toll on your season.

He will adress it, once he dealt with it! Most of you are men, I assume and that is the way we guys handle things! So show some patience for him!
