10. Fire Greg Roman. Invest money in Free agency and picks early in the draft on interior offensive linemen. Greg Romans offense is too predictable. It wasnt until the game was almost over that a pass play was called where vidal dropped behind the dline to provide herbert a quick out to combat the awful offensive line play. Pay Minter more money so he Stays. The reason Roman was fire by the Ravens is because of this exact thing.

12. I was more of a Herbert fan a couple of years ago…but he ALWAYS seems to come up short when he's needed most…be it overthrowing a receiver, missing a receiver…etc. Seems like it always happens.
