9. Ok… to all my young management prospects… Some of us knew that Bam is/was no Team Captain material. Whoever made that decision was desperate with his options. I would keep Bam on my team, but as a complimentary player… thats it. As a forward. I would drill his practices with layups, after layups and if he fell down… he's running the court. You have to make him tough or hit the bench!

This is the one thing he didnt learn from Pat Riley: Riley had Kareem, Zo, Ewing, Shaq. Spo looks at every center like they were Hassan Whiteside. One more impt thing: Spo CAN NEVER be fired.     Trade Tyler and Powell (and Wiggins and Mitchell if the offers are good), and tank this year. Go into this draft with 2 lottery picks and get Caleb Wilson or Yaxel Lendeborg to replace Bam. Get Kingston Flemings or Cameron Carr to be your lead scoring guard.

38. I understand your frustration. However, this has nothing to do with bam effort. Bam constantly plays through injuries year after after. Being under size playing the five, while still having to switch from one through five, help guard the best player on the opposite team, help move our offense, grab 10 rebounds, and score round 20 ppg. Bam needs help , he plays over 70 games a season , cause he plays through injuries so of course he's going to go through stretches where he struggles. He's been playing under size his whole career as our primary big. Ware should be the answer but spo don't play ware alot of mins cause we are already slim on bigs. If one really gets hurt miami is screwed. So the smart thing to do is to maintenance one bigs minutes. Teams are asking about bam cause he's worth a max , he's basically an upgrade version of draymond green. A forward thats under 6"10 that can guard any position, and skilled in multiple areas. Draymond don't score close to what bam scores and draymond and still looked at as a max player. Also no max player have to guard all five positions, while playing great iso defense, and still have to give you 30ppg. They are only human and need help that's why role players are so important. Bam just need to be surrounded by shooters , a true point guard, and a true center so yall can really his potential. It's a reason bam is a 2× gold medal Olympics and all the great players in the league respect him

Everybody but herro plays great defense. While norm, and ware add a spark to the bench it could work. Herro just can't be the number one option, he has to play team ball and not hero ball

If I constantly gotta battle guys over 4 inch in height and has over 20 pounds of muscle then me and playing through back pain im not jumping for a lose ball , and if im just coming back from my bone almost poping out of my arm and the haven't even closed all the way , I damn sure not jumping on the floor for a lose ball , I don't know about yall but I want to see them get healthy and keep playing. not make a dumb decisions when they are already banged up and end up missing months . So let's be patient with our bigs . Spo knows it. Jovic haven't played in a season where he played over 50 games yet . still miami gave him a regular contract cause they see his potential , bam has been playing under size for years while being apart of every special run miami did since he's been in the starting lineup. If bam keeps this up he will be number one in heat history, in points, and games played. Ware has the most potential at center on our team but with no true back up center and with jovic dealing with the pressure of performing well , staying healthy, while his body and mind faces the most difficult part of his basketball life. Playing over 60 games in a season , ware minutes gets limited cause we can't afford him getting hurt. It's a sacrifice I can live with until we can find another solid back up center. It sucks, but we all knew this was coming , we seen it even when we was playing good . That our offense sometimes get stagnant cause we don't have a true point guard, and that we got out rebounded when bam , and ware was on the bench. Thats why we was worried when herro was coming back from surgery. Cause we didn't need a scorer, who can't facilitate and make a team better , or play good defense . Now miami got to many mouths to feed and no chef . I hope we trade herro, and Terry at the deadline

50. I disagree. Although bam has struggled this game against the thunder has long ass chet holmgren defending the rim. Need ti adjust and find different ways to score. I think herro is more of a problem. Watch his tape last couple of games. He shows minimal wffort on defense and when other team goes on a run he starts falter. He also looks gassed everytime hes on the court. I think we should make a trade for more defenders ans caleb and cody martin come to mind. I would also trade herro fir ja thats just me
