17. In my opinion, we won this one on coaching. Period. For Shanahan to read the defense and call for the flea flicker where Jennings threw the TD pass to McCaffrey, which ended up being the game winner, was nothing short of genius. Also, the clock management which set up Saleh and the defense to make a stand to secure the win was just amazing. I truly believe Shanahan should be coach of the year, hands down.

18. Purdy has serious physical limitations. No height, no arm strength. But he makes up with his mental toughness after throwing INTs. But most credit for his success goes to Shanahan. I can't imagine Purdy winning much in other teams not coached by elite coaches like Shanahan.
