  1. Packers fans hear me out. I really don't think this loss is on LaFleur and the offense. Jordan love and the offense put the packers in position to score 37 points. If McManus just hits his kicks, the packers have 34 points and on the final drive they got into field goal position. Love or LaFleur can't go out there and make the kicks. I'm sorry but if your offense puts your team in position to score 37 points, your defense and special teams HAVE to come through and win the game. For the past 15 years even back in the McCarthy era, special teams has been the biggest factor in every one of our playoff losses. I don't think LaFleur is the problem, it's genuinely the way the packers treat and value special teams. If this teams get serious about special teams, and can just get it to being an average unit, and we get better injury luck, I know full well this is a Super Bowl caliber roster. We HAVE to start actually investing in special teams players and stop beating around the bush with kick returns, punt returns, kickers, etc.

  2. The good teams do what it takes to win, Bears, Broncos, Seahawks, Pats. Greenbay is not a good team, to solve a problem ( not a good team), you first have to understands it exist. Coach is part of the problem.

  3. "I certainly don't think he should be fired BY ANY STRETCH OF THE IMAGINATION." It's one thing to have an opinion, but to say that it cannot even be imagined as a possibility tells me I think Chris Simms is in denial about just how badly the Packers fans want Matt GONE. And don't even get me started on McManus, who Matt enabled.

  4. Yes, unfortunately it is time to move on. It's not just LaFleur, but many of the position coaches he has on staff too. We have been getting worse over time in the trenches and he can't finish.

  5. the fan base pressure to fire coaches who lose big games is too much…..LaFleur has done an excellent job overall….and the Bears…well….just might go to SB 60….keep MATT L for 2026…then decide

  6. I hate the comment "If he is fired he would have a new job immediately." So what. That has nothing to do with the situation in Green Bay.

  7. New players came in this season. See if they polish everything up, no injuries, Packers are a Superbowl team.
If Matt dont get it done next year, obviously he gets the axe

  8. It is asinine that anyone believes he should keep his job. We have The NFL to blame for this. If they didn’t create the 7th seed this would have been MLF’s 4th straight season without a playoff appearance and they would have let him go.

  9. The packers did the same thing with the MVP a few years ago…. X like 3 years. LaFleur is the Derek Carr of HC’s. Too good to get rid of because who are you gonna get but will never win when it matters and that’s unfortunate for GB lol

  10. Clowns. Dude has been a choke artist in the post season since he got the job. He gets giga conservative with a lead. He loves running out of shotgun on 3rd and short. This team doesnt even sniff a title game with him calling plays.
