  1. Between Monken, McDaniels and whenever certain teams are out of the playoffs (Rams) I would prepare for a bit of a wait till we have our new OC in general. Could easily take until the end of january.

    We’re only at the start of our search.

  2. This guy is heavily pushing on McDaniel for Bucs. He also mentioned on how he was/is texting with McDaniel.
    It’s kind of obvious Mike wants Bucs OC job as it’ll allow him to remain in Florida plus a heavy chance to become an interim/ full time HC depending on Bowles performance next season.

  4. I’m good with McDaniel. He’s a great x and o kinda guy but he doesn’t ever feel like a head coach to me

    He comes off immature and just… not a team builder, like cares about stuff that’s not important.

    I follow the dolphins a lot and just had that vibe the entire time.

  5. I’ve already accepted that he is going to take the Falcons job and that we are completely fucked.

    I’ve never been this upset and frustrated with ownership. We were building something special and ruined it all for Todd fucking Bowles.

    This went from my favorite Bucs team ever to a team I don’t even want to root for anymore.

  15. If I’m Mcdaniel I’m not accepting an offer without Assistant Head Coach added to OC and first shot when they fire bowles next year

  16. I still think its a bad match style amd system wise.

    Obviously lots better than grizzard but not perfect fit for baker
