  3. This is unprecedented from a team building standpoint. Hiring a “up and coming name” is great news. I just hope to god jurruh doesn’t handcuff him. Let him learn and give him the freedom to not only to do what he wants, but have the freedom to FAIL at his own pace. Thats how these coaches learn. Excited!

  4. Doesn’t matter people! If Jerry Jones picks them instead of the head coach it will not make a difference regardless of how well or terrible they do! Everyone can continue to fool yourselves and hope but your results is going to be what you all have experienced since 1996. Get a grip and get a reality check.

  8. Aubrey Pleasant learned under Morris& Wade Phillips, worked and watched in practices vs Sean McVay and Matt LaFleur. Pleasant has experience on both sides of the ball presently the PGC & DB coach with the Rams….worth a look.

It's the same old cowboys. They aren't doing anything with these hires, I don't care if Leonard is decent, he won't do crap because he isn't known to be the most versatile play caller.
