  3. šŸ¤” 20 to 25mil in cap, 25 to 35 at best if 8 does a team friendly reup deal. Big money at the middle lb spot, money in toast 44, and a left tackle thats getting a knot.

    Got deals upcoming, and a regular hand of draft capital.

    Yeah, this a yr to 3yr chance vs a clean slate, loaded cap money and treasure trove of draft capacity. Thats then 2 to 4yrs.

    But, hey … whoever "take" the job, im a respect to a certain degree, pressure with very little maneuvering room will be on them.

  32. The current Ravens need a Marine Corps Drill Instructor for a coachā€¦.no more BS, they need some discipline and some real work ethics, no more candyass practicesā€¦..and no more excuses.

  39. Not who I envision, though I do love the idea of an offensive minded head coach. Lamar is talented enough to be able to handle a revolving door at OC but unfortunately because hes going to be so successful our OC's are going to get snatched every 2 years. Some guaranteed stability at playcaller via our new HC just sounds so much more foundation building.
