Lamar Jackson should be let go, he can't win in the playoffs. He is a great player, but he can't win the big game. Drops and throwing interceptions to end games. You only win championships with QB's, who can throw from the pocket and not outside the pocket.

I'd say 60-70% is reasonable, like you said he has complete control of the Defense, scheme, a huge say in the Roster and he clearly works well with the HC. It's a lot of positives
