13. I'm not sure what the all the aggro and ridicule about this move is all about. It seems clear that Zappe was signed to compete with Cook for the #3/practice squad QB slot, and for that job the NFL experience that he's had is surely a plus. The big action obviously remains the QB we draft and the vet QB we sign. Maybe (definitely?) some Jets fans just like to trash the team that they allegedly root for every chance they get.

19. I like the signing. He's an improvement over Cook and Fields, and is likely less injury-prone than Tyrod. No, this won't solve our problems but our QB room needs some/any depth with better talent than Cook and Fields.
