Not as serious as that topic but over 15,000 union nurses in NYC officially went on strike today.
Would be great if big 4 sports athletes would publicly show support for ordinary union workers. MBLPA might arguably be the best union in the world. They only speak up about workers/players rights when they’re on CBA renewal year.
The Jets, Giants, Yankees and Mets aren’t even playing now, so it would be nice if Aaron Judge or Juan Soto support those union nurses.
Makes me miss him even more. Azeez is a real one.

Hell Yeah! I’m constantly trying to raise my kids’ social awareness, and it can be tricky to find the right balance. Enough to get them knowledgeable. Enough that they care, but not so much that I lose the room if you know what I mean. This picture is impactful. It allows me to show it to my son and have additional dialogue that’s not just old dad ranting. **Thank you, Azeez!**
Also, Mark Ruffalo is a fricken saint. If you know, you know. Hell, if you don’t look into it.
