I asked my broke ass mom for a jersey back when I started following the nfl and cardinals on the free channels our antenna would pick up. I convinced her to get me a Leinart 7 jersey (which she probably got from the clearance area cause one of the letters was kinda misprinted and it was obvious)
She told me to be grateful about it…

I remember living in Mesa in 1979-80 when they were the St Louis Cardinals before becoming the Arizona Cardinals. They were pretty bad back then and it seems like it’s come full circle.
