If this truly is the end of the road. I’m sorry it went like this. Been a pleasure watching you compete. Thank you for making me love football as a kid. And giving me a full circle moment as a grown man.

  1. Ya know there was a bit of a sour feeling for a second at the end, it was really good. For a really long time.

  2. Watched him as a teenager and all through my twenties into my thirties. I’ve never seen a more purely talented quarterback in all that time. So many great memories. Time flies.

  3. Favorite athlete ever. Made me believe something special was going to happen everytime he dropped back to pass. That’s the most you can ask for as a fan and he delivered that.

  4. The fact that his final pass is in interception in the playoffs just like Brett Favre truly fulfills his destiny.

  5. As someone from the far east, I would never have been a Packer fan (much less have any appreciation for the sport) if not for Aaron.

He will forever be that guy for me, similar to how Michael Jordan IS still the guy for my dad when talking about all time greats.

  6. Man as a grown ass man this brought a tear to my eye. I watched this guy when I was in high school now I’m in my 30s. Gave me memories that would last a lifetime. Love you 12 🐐.

  7. Didn’t think the Steelers had much of a chance as they literally squeaked into the playoffs. With that defense Rodgers wasn’t going to have much time and the receiving corps at Steelers has been pretty meh this year. Even prime Rodgers unless he had his guys like Jordy Devante and Cobb at their prime likely wouldn’t pull off this one.

  8. Of all the people I wish would have shut their fuckin mouth so I could continue respecting them, he’s pretty close to the top of the list.

But seeing as he couldn’t, fuck Aaron Rodgers.

  9. With Aaron under center, no game ever felt out of reach. Until the last seconds it always felt possible. When 12 had the ball we had a chance. Always a chance. He was larger than life in Green and Gold.

  10. Craziest experience as a child was being a Packers fan in the PNW (where everyone loved the Seahawks). My whole family and I mourned the loss of Favre, but my dad surprised my brother and grandmother and I with a vacation to Green Bay to see it for ourselves. While in Green Bay, Favre announced he was returning, and then was traded to the Jets. We went to that family scrimmage night, (where after an incredible thunderstorm and long delay), they announced “Your starting quarterback: AARON RODGERS!!!!” and more than half the crowd BOOED him 🤯 only a few years later he brought the Lombardi home 🥹 I’ll always love Rodgers on the field and have grown to laugh at his antics off the field. Just please man don’t allegedly steal welfare money from the state in a few years 💀💀💀
