BUCS SQUAD SHOW: Mike McDaniel Visits Elsewhere | What Are the Bucs Doing at Offensive Coordinator?
Jaron Spor, Ryan Lavoie and former NFL player Marcus Ray break down the latest coaching search developments, including Mike McDaniel taking multiple visits — just not with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The crew discusses what that says about Tampa Bay’s direction and how the front office may be approaching this coaching cycle.
They also evaluate recent coaching moves made by the Bucs, take a hard look at how open Tampa Bay’s competitive window really is, and wrap up the episode by recapping the biggest storylines and results from NFL Wild Card Weekend.

Mc Daniels' regular season record with Miami as HC is the same as Bowles at Tampa. Why would he want to come here and be a part of this mess given ownership can't even man up and fire the head coach? If I am McDaniels I would rather have stability as an OC or hopefully stay a HC. Besides, Harbaugh is likely getting hired at Atlanta. Bucs are not in a good position imo…and the word is Tampa holds the assistants responsible for the management's failures.
So is Marcus from Dayton or not? Lol I live in the 937
Noone in the right mind would want to be a part of this mess next season, coaches nor players. Mike should actually consider his options for his own sake.
Scheelhouse please
Robinson or Scheelhass maybe, but if you want the next phenom coach take Grant Udinski, only problem is you have to make him HC to get him.
