2. Stefanski is interesting but I think he's 4th or 5th on Spytek/Brady's list. I think they're waiting and seeing what happens with Matt LaFleur. His contract with the Packers is a bit messy at the moment. Crosby would be all on board with LaFleur.

5. This was a really good video, brother. I read an article a number of years ago about how Super Bowl teams have been constructed in the NFL. There are 4 main ingredients: Owner, GM, HC, and QB. I'm okay with Mark because he loves the Raiders and wants to win and doesn't micromanage everything to death. Spytek is in no matter what we think because of Brady, but I'm hoping this is his year to really shine in the offseason with free agents and the draft. That will be HUGE. Even if I have some questions about the HC we bring in, remember: sometimes a guy just needs a chance in the right situation to blossom, like Belichick did going from Cleveland to the Pats. My concern is people want a HC who comes in and blows away the NFL. That would be great, but not realistic. Let the guy work. We know we have our truly franchise QB coming in, so the HC and his coordinators and staff will be what I'm focused on. RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAIDERS! ☠☠☠☠☠☠☠☠

8. I agree: Stephanski is superb. He was sabotaged in Cleveland by Shedeur Sanders, worst QB in NFL history.

9. Just dont let Stephanski draft the QB. He chose both Gabriel and Sanders, who are the worst QB combo in the league.

10. You sure as hell have made the decision to pick a HC difficult with your analysis which it should be. I hope they do their homework just like you have? Are you sending these video to Spytek? It’s absolutely crucial for this organization to get this first overall and this HC pick right. It’s imperative they do or this can set this organization back five years. These clowns better make this their life decisions or Raider Nation will descend on their heads like never before.

11. I like a well rounded experienced HC with a whole chest full of different approaches within the offense. To often with offense HC they let the D go. We have to have a HC that believes in Defense wins championships. Unlike Gruden! The Deshawn Watson pick has to be one of his worst along with the GM who gave him that contract. But we have a stain to when we drafted Demarcus Russell!

Whatever happened at Cleveland while Stefanski was there is a disease we don’t want any parts of. Coach of the year means something, maybe not. Heck, Brian DaBoll was COY in 2022. Matt Nagy won it in 2018. We need someone fresh, someone hungry with new pizazz who plans to be with us a for a long run…Madden-ish. That guy is out there somewhere, do your homework Spytek and go find him. It’s time for a brand new day in Raider Nation.

17. Stefanski is technically the perfect coach. Unlike Kubiak. He already has coaching experience and has been successful at it. Secondly, he’s found some success with an organization that has worse dysfunction than us which is optimistic for us. Then you give him Mendoza. Yea I’m with it. Either way I don’t want a defensive coach

19. Stefanski helped Case Keenum, Kirk Cousins, and Baker Mayfield put together their best seasons ever. None were considered elite at the time, but Kirk and Baker have proven they are good players.

    He has also managed through the chaos in Cleveland and found ways to win games, overcome QB challenges, make the playoffs, and win coach of the year..twice.

    He would come to Vegas with a plan and would not be afraid of the challenges. I would really like that hire.

20. It’s crazy to hear all these people clamoring for Davis Webb because they heard he had a great interview.

    He has three total years of coaching experience, none as a play caller, none as a HC. He is a sharp guy who maybe deserves a shot at OC…but it’s bananas to give him the keys to a franchise with zero experience.

    Maybe he will be a great coach someday, but we are looking for stability. Sheesh.

21. The Browns were not worse than the Raiders are now when Stefanski got there in 2020. They already had Baker, OBJ, Jarvis Landry, Njoku, Nick Chubb, Myles Garrett & Denzel Ward. When the Browns won it was mostly due to the defense. His offense was never explosive especially the 4 years he missed the playoffs
