  2. mets are getting Tucker, I think it was the plan from the start, they traded Nimmo for a reason cause they knew they would outbid anyone to get tucker

  5. More Wardy false optimism. Of Wardy's four credible sources, none knew if an alleged Tucker/Mets meeting was in person or over zoom. Lets say the Mets do sign Tucker, they still have NO QUALITY PITCHING ….. they still have a HOLE IN CENTERFIELD ….. they still have a DH who has played exactly one innng as their FIRST BASEMAN …… I could go on and on. If the Mets stun the baseball world and sign Valdez, they will need to invest in enhanced catcher's protective equipment for Alvarez & Torrens. This is getting absolutely ridiculous.

  12. I don t get it with the value the Mets put on Vientiane , he can’t run , he doesn’t hit for average , can’t hit certain pitches and his fielding is average at best ! … so what do the Mets think the other teams are seeing ?

  13. I don't know about Kyle Tucker, man. It reminds me of when Manny Machado was on the Dodgers as just a two month rental, and then in free agency they're like nah we're good. The Cubs got $175M for Bregman at 32 years old and wouldn't even offer a bid to keep Kyle Tucker? What did they learn about him this last season??

  21. If I’m Kyle Tucker , I see how they treated there homerun king Alonso , how they handled the Edwin Diaz situation, I would take less to sign with the dodgers and win a ring and tell stearns to kick rocks !!!!!

  22. Get Belli, Tucker is Jason Bay 2.0, the reports of him apparently not loving baseball would scare the shit out of me. I'm looking at Belli, if he doesn't sign I'm pivoting to Bader and trading regardless for Kwan for LF and to hit Leadoff for the Mets. Im also trading for Yandy Diaz for 1B
