Looks Tobin I do not care if we Harbuagh or not what we need and what we all know we NEED the right coach IE a DSICIPLINARIAN that holds people accoutable , and if that means that player get his FEELING HURT … go play FLAG FOOTBALL than .. this is the NFL, the last I time checked this is , a contact sport , and we should have a HC and DC that are the same page and beat !@# out these players …and hold them accounatble.

  11. Gruden has been requested by zero teams for interviews. Brian Flores has a better chance to be the Dolphins coach than Gruden has to be anyone’s coach.

  14. I want a coach that has previous HC experience but not Harbaugh. I’ve been a fan since the first preseason game in team history and have been let down before. I don’t think he’s in it for the long run

  16. No Harbaugh, This team needs to be built in the trenches and plays d. Afc playoff games are winter weather. Build a team that runs and plays d, qb doesn't have to be a star just make good decisions

  27. Sheppard would be a great pick up, he's a sleeper and I'm sure he'd be a great coach I'd want him or Campanelli.. Two up and comers who can control a locker room and get grown men to follow along and motivate them truly not like Mcdaniel were they just say there motivated but really everyone just runs all over him and misses practices and meetings and whatever else haha Definitely not a leader of men but the 2 I named are the peak meaning of "Leader of men"!
