Khalil Mack to take “step back” before making any decisions about playing in 2026

Whatever he decides, thank you nuff said.

Hoping he comes back for a Last Dance kind of deal. Maybe take a pay cut with some incentives tied in so the roster can get built out a bit. If I ran the team, I’d dangle firing Roman as incentive as well.
Combine that with what essentially turns into 3 “free agent signings” in Alt, Slater, and Hampton returning as well as replacing Bozeman and Becton, and this team should be seen as a favorite next year, even if (more like when) Minter leaves.
Translation: not coming back to Chargers

He could end up in Baltimore or another team who’s gonna get a ring
Come back for the playoffs
Can’t blame him honestly. The defense was Super Bowl caliber but the other two phases aren’t even close to contenders
