  1. Hoping he comes back for a Last Dance kind of deal. Maybe take a pay cut with some incentives tied in so the roster can get built out a bit. If I ran the team, I’d dangle firing Roman as incentive as well.

    Combine that with what essentially turns into 3 “free agent signings” in Alt, Slater, and Hampton returning as well as replacing Bozeman and Becton, and this team should be seen as a favorite next year, even if (more like when) Minter leaves.

  2. Can’t blame him honestly. The defense was Super Bowl caliber but the other two phases aren’t even close to contenders
