I think this could be a great option. Never had a losing season and somehow kept things competitive for them even when seasons looked lost. Playoff record isn’t incredible, but I really think he’s a good step in the right direction

It was time, kind of crazy to say. For me just like Harbaugh you kick the tires. I still want an offensive minded HC to pair with the possible incoming QB to ensure that they have stability.

Why would any Raider fan want Tomlin to come in when we’re about to draft a QB? He’s never shown the ability to develop a QB or hire a competent staff. In past years, I would’ve been good with it, but with a rookie QB, we need to think more long term and go after a young and innovative coach as opposed to a CEO type coach.

That’s beyond amazing. I know the Steelers offense was ass at times during his tenure, and they haven’t won a playoff game since the 2016 season, but the teams overall were ridiculously good.
It’s hard as a modern-day Raiders fan to imagine that kind of sustained success…
