Can someone do a run down on our offensive stats and how much better they’ve been under Borrego?
With a defense this bad, I assume this means our offense must be, at a minimum, somewhere in the top half of the NBA ?
For two months, I’ve been hearing about this improvement but haven’t yet seen anything objective to reference. For reference, I’m trying to switch my focus when watching games. Seeing that we are 9-32: should I start telling myself that although the Pelicans have the worst record in the NBA —we do have an aesthetically pleasing offense?
With your help, Maybe I can key in on particular parts of the beautiful game that the Pelicans are now playing offensively and find some glee for the rest of 2026. Thank you for your help with this in advance …
TLDR: As the talking heads at Locked On Pelicans and Boot Krewe Media, on YouTube, keep telling me this new brand of Pelican’s basketball is more aesthetically pleasing…Can a fellow basketball watcher please tell me more about what I should be watching aesthetically…or even better, cite some actual stats?
