It was one of my great joys in life to get downvoted every day for years in this sub arguing with people who thought Dre was good – especially the ones who actually thought he was a good defender. You have no idea how much it made me laugh watching ppl get fooled by him having random good shooting nights and then creating passive aggressive threads to defend him.
Really enjoying watching Cavs fans find out in real time what he is. I hope they have some idiot fans defending him every day just like we did.
Buddy, if you can’t cut it on a team where you’re the 3rd or 4th scoring option and expected to be no better than the 3rd or 4th best defender, it’s not gonna get any better elsewhere.
The 1st mistake was trading up for him in the draft.
The 2nd mistake was extending him.
Trading him was no mistake.

Will never forget when this bum was asked on media day what he worked on in the offseason. He was attempting to be funny/sarcastic and answered with “nothing”. Turned out he was telling the truth and he literally did not improve any part of his game that season. So glad we got rid of this low vibrational bum
If you cant think of anything else good about Trae, you can at least say that he got his teammates a bag lol.
It’s funny .. suddenly the Dre Hunter defenders are silent.
Almost like they were proved wrong time and time again.
Dre .. is not good. Average at being average on his best day. And even then he’s arguably bad on defense.
If he can’t make it on that squad and team build.. he’s a permanent 7th/8th/9th man going forward and damn sure better be paid wayway less on new contract..
But he’s 6’8 so he’s probably more valuable than Trae Young or Ja Morant.
At least that’s how new basketball is viewed.. so we’re told.
Spent almost a damn decade shitting on him in Atlanta. Unclear why people think he was ever good. If he’s not making every jumpshot he takes he has no value.
