Walsh is fourth amongst guard who average 15+ minutes and grab over 2 contested boards a game (Stat parameters were to sort for players who are actually rebounding a significant amount per game) behind Keldon Johnson, Ausar Thompson and Amen Thompson. (Also I know Walsh being considered a guard is questionable but that's how NBA.com lists him)

Pretty dope stuff from Walsh, which confirms what we see by eye – dude is definitely one of the best rebounders in the league at his position. Cool to see him in the company of the Thompson twins, since feel like his ceiling tracks as something close to Ausar Thompson. His minutes have been up and down lately but still a big fan of this dude. Also the stuff he was doing down the stretch against the Pacers was clutch as hell

  1. Didn’t he play small ball center for us when Luka Garza was out of the rotation? I didn’t know guards could play center.

  2. I don’t care how positionless basketball becomes, how definitions evolve over time, or what anything official states. Jordan Walsh is not a guard lol.
