  1. If he gets offered Baltimore, his head coaching days are done. Lamar will have him out in the playoffs in the first round of the first two years. Well that’s never works for his predecessor

  2. Mike McDaniels is interviewing for the OC position today. We have other applicants. Mike Tomlin available. Detroit Lions may help a coach develop and get visibility, for a Head Coachng job in a few years, maybe here in 2 years. KG the charming Stretch Limo driver. OC pays between 800 k and 3 million. Hand him 5 for 2 years. 11:00 truth D Mac

  3. We might gotta over pay him but it would be worth it. He can give himself a golden new HC job in 2 years after winning us a superbowl

  4. it is possible he has learned that he doesn't want a head coaching job after all and would actually prefer to be a solely an OC. I met many teachers that had no desire to be a principal. some folk prefer to get their hands dirty and work in the trenches.

  5. If he doesn’t get the head coaching job at Cleveland, Baltimore, or Atlanta, then the lions have to get him, and if they don’t get him then they should promote David Shaw before they lose him to the Bucs
