I mean a less blunt way to put it would say he cares more about the vibe and feel not necessarily just friends with. But yeah I get the argument all the different types of personalities he has to fit with but I think it's important to not have a toxic person in your coaching tree…. there's a lot of great coaches that never played organized football. And a lot of great position Talent that you wouldn't want teaching anybody. Marshawn Lynch teaching a bunch of running backs I don't think it would be a great idea.
That was Andy’s problem when he was the Eagles head coach; he would put some coaches in positions they had no experience in. 😂 I do think Andy is a great head coach but sometimes he lets his desire to teach and mentor new coaches get in the way of establishing a winning culture.
