How many times are we going to talk about the same thing?…
Just make a mega thread to complain in.
We get it, ownership is cheap, Breslow is a puppet
Sign Bichette and everything is fine. Will that happen? Don’t have a lot of hope personally.
Yahoo with a day old hot take.
I’d say “devastating” is a pretty strong word. It’s unfortunate. They got a similar bat in Contreras, though they could use another influential veteran to keep the competitive spirit up.
.
He’s top a top 25 player.
Fuck Bregman, we’re on to Houston.
How many of these threads do we need? Overkill.
Devastating? …the dude had 62 rbi
I swear some of you didn’t even react this strongly when Mookie Betts was traded
Not signing a 32 year old 3B in decline to a horrible deal isn’t a disaster. I’m glad.
Bull Shit. Total Bull Shit. Give me an Fing break. My God.
Too bad, they have to live with their poor decisions
Their actions are repetitive, interest, lose out, disappointment
One of the many things this article nails is its description of Breslow: ‘..he runs the club with a ruthless, robotic, un-human efficiency.’
Devastating is way to strong.. we used to boo this guy when he was with Houston what happened
reddit isn’t real
The fact that they balked at a no trade clause and wanted aggressive deferments tells us all we need to know about their intent. This was a two year deal with the likelihood of moving him around year 3 having paid very little in relative terms. Honestly, it’s all just gross and reeks of an ownership that’s hurtling towards a lockout.
It seemed pretty obvious he was going to chase the money. I personally would like to spend on younger players. But not sure Bichette is the answer either
