Jk Harbaugh will be next on the firing line
Not easy, but that's part of why Harbs is getting the money he is. Bolt fans (like me) are STARVING for a championship. Gotta make the tough decisions. I credit Jim for having the competitive integrity and grit for doing so.
Jim gonna hire his brother to be OC. Saw it here first.
Thank God Roman and Devlin are gone…listening to the Chargers YouTubers and all the comments, respect for Jim Harbaugh for making that tough call, but I can say all Chargers fans have suddenly forgot that embarrassing play off loss, and can't wait for next season…I know there were some problems internally, you could read between the lines, you could see the Offensive players demeanor when asked about OC Roman, when all the Defensive players rave about DC Minter…Mecki Beckton was the only one that openly admitted to Chris Rhimm that he didn't know what to do in that Roman scheme, and when asked if he would get used to it next season, he straight out relied: "No"…heck, the Patriots linebacker said at the post game interview, that some of the key offensive Chargers players told him after the game that they had no idea what was going on???…how bad is that? Even Harbaugh looked like he had no idea what was going on in the sideline, because he entrusts the play calling and decision making to his coordinators…I have never seen Jim so bewildered and speechless at the press conference…so it wasn't just about the O-Line injuries, it was a real internal problem, Roman and Devlin had to go…and the Chargers will be better for that.
Jim is holding Justin back with all that running the ball stuff. Let that man throw the ball some more
The thing that makes me frustrated as a Chargers fan is just how there was no adjustment at the half to improve the offensive calls. Or coming up with creative plays for the 4th and short.
So easy to see why Gannon was fired, hooked his job to a losing OC for too long
Mike McDaniel as OC would be scary
I wonder what rich is gonna say to defend harbough
01:31 going in same direction, but different destinations
Don't mess with Minter and the boys!
He never talks bad about coaches and seems shocked when they're let go. It's deliberate, he needs them to come on his show. Great show though I watch it all the time, love over reaction Monday and what's more likely
hes been basic since the 9ers
Bring in P.Rivs as OC
God finally. Oregon QB's cannot escape crappy OC's recently.
They just need to hire Mike McDaniel. Much better. Mike is great but has been stuck with a half of a QB for the last 4 years.
Finally! He cost the 49ers a Super Bowl win against the ravens
EISEN IS THE KING OF TORTURING EVERY SENTENCE AND THOUGHT – VERBAL DIAHRREA KING
Cliff Kingsbury. 😊
Justin Herbert played like crap and yet the sports talking heads CONTINUE to parrot the line that he is so wonderful!
Bring Mike Daniel’s
Long time chargers fan, we never scored more than 30points, and we didn’t score in the second half of games. He was a great OC back in the day, but the game has past by him
Basically restoring my sanity. Greg Roman is fukn trash and wasted Lamar prime years so thankfully he gone. He reminded me of chip Kelly they thought they were supreme genius when in reality the league caught up to that basic bs and were snuffd out easily.
Chargers take two steps forward in the right direction by firing Roman and the OL coach. But they will take ten steps back if Minter leaves. Imagine the offense improving next season with a healthy O-line and OC but the defense goes back to being bottom 5. FML as a Chargers team and fanbase as a whole. Hopefully Minter pulls a Josh McDaniels and doesn't accept a HC offer.
Chargers , 66 years of nothing
Rich has terrible taste in coaches.
As an Eagles fan, Rowan intrigues me.. Especially with Jalen as QB.
