  1. Not easy, but that's part of why Harbs is getting the money he is. Bolt fans (like me) are STARVING for a championship. Gotta make the tough decisions. I credit Jim for having the competitive integrity and grit for doing so.

  2. Thank God Roman and Devlin are gone…listening to the Chargers YouTubers and all the comments, respect for Jim Harbaugh for making that tough call, but I can say all Chargers fans have suddenly forgot that embarrassing play off loss, and can't wait for next season…I know there were some problems internally, you could read between the lines, you could see the Offensive players demeanor when asked about OC Roman, when all the Defensive players rave about DC Minter…Mecki Beckton was the only one that openly admitted to Chris Rhimm that he didn't know what to do in that Roman scheme, and when asked if he would get used to it next season, he straight out relied: "No"…heck, the Patriots linebacker said at the post game interview, that some of the key offensive Chargers players told him after the game that they had no idea what was going on???…how bad is that? Even Harbaugh looked like he had no idea what was going on in the sideline, because he entrusts the play calling and decision making to his coordinators…I have never seen Jim so bewildered and speechless at the press conference…so it wasn't just about the O-Line injuries, it was a real internal problem, Roman and Devlin had to go…and the Chargers will be better for that.

  3. The thing that makes me frustrated as a Chargers fan is just how there was no adjustment at the half to improve the offensive calls. Or coming up with creative plays for the 4th and short.

  4. He never talks bad about coaches and seems shocked when they're let go. It's deliberate, he needs them to come on his show. Great show though I watch it all the time, love over reaction Monday and what's more likely

  5. Long time chargers fan, we never scored more than 30points, and we didn’t score in the second half of games. He was a great OC back in the day, but the game has past by him

  6. Basically restoring my sanity. Greg Roman is fukn trash and wasted Lamar prime years so thankfully he gone. He reminded me of chip Kelly they thought they were supreme genius when in reality the league caught up to that basic bs and were snuffd out easily.

  7. Chargers take two steps forward in the right direction by firing Roman and the OL coach. But they will take ten steps back if Minter leaves. Imagine the offense improving next season with a healthy O-line and OC but the defense goes back to being bottom 5. FML as a Chargers team and fanbase as a whole. Hopefully Minter pulls a Josh McDaniels and doesn't accept a HC offer.
