Kwesi and KO knew JJM was going to be a new dad. That was a huge part of the hiccup and the team ended up paying for it. So to say they didnt know… i dont buy it.

Every time the man speaks, I realize how much of KOC’s worst play calling comes directly from Kwesi in his ear. “Certain type of play style” “explosive plays”. Guess what? That certain explosive play style lost us a bunch of games.
Classic disconnect between upper management and reality. People in boardrooms with no understanding of the product and what strategy will actually work. Focused more on a fantasy than on the actual strengths of our roster.
I truly believe 90% of this organizations problems stem from drafting and roster management.
