24. It should be simple: trade him to a WR needy team for a 3rd or a 4th and 6th. Dumping his problems and avoiding a possible expensive extension is worth it. Draft two receivers, sign a UDFA, and grab another one in FA. Let them all compete for WR2 and WR3. Why keep a constant problem who drops as many passes as he catches?
