Detroit Lions Owner Sheila Hamp FINALLY Speaks After Disappointing Season!

  1. The lion's won 3 championships in 5 year's in the 50s, so stop with the current GM is the best ever, when Barry was here we went to the championship game and lost to the Superbowl champ's, plus in that era made the playoffs 4 out of 6 years, so stop with the itiotic moronic statement about this pathetic bunch of loser's being the best ever, do your freaking job and research the team your supposedly covering

  2. Im glad we have Shelia as an owner…its not a business for her, it seems she wants to win. Hopefully Brad and Dan step up this off-season with draft, coaching hires, free agents, etc.

  3. I kinda feel like Dan is somewhat safe. He just can’t be the play caller, let him keep the culture and intensity. Get a good OC. I’m 50/50 on Brad he has to get positions of NEED, our first round pick has to be offensive or defensive line. If we go through another free agency with playoffs/Super Bowl in our sight and get nobody of need, he has to go!

  4. Brad used up whatever capital he may have had. He may be the best GM we've HAD, however, there are BETTER.
We need to move on from him & get a NEW BEST GM WE'VE EVER HAD.

  5. Love her coming out and saying what she said and better yet she has not extended anyone yet! Think about it this is a powerful family the only think they dont have is a superbowl ring and it sounds like she wants to be the one that can give that to her family

  6. I love your show, and it’s been my go-to channel for staying up to date on Lions topics. I also agree with a lot of your takes on the different types of Lions fans, though at times I think you lean a bit more emotional when it comes to Brad Holmes. That said, I’m not someone who blindly says “In Brad Holmes we trust” or “let him cook,” but I do feel that many of the videos from the second half of the season onward have leaned toward a bias against him.

My reasoning is this: if you take Brad out of the equation earlier on, Dan’s Lions likely would’ve looked much sooner like they did at the end of this season—predictable play-calling, less creativity, and fewer answers. And that’s without factoring in the talent Brad identified and brought in; without those players, the results could’ve been much worse. From my perspective, Sheila, Brad, and Dan are far more aligned than it may appear from the outside, and I believe in them as a leadership trio—Dan for his coaching style, Brad for his meticulous scouting, and Sheila for her ownership.

I also think many of the issues we’re discussing now stem more from poor OC play-calling than anything else. With the right OC in place, I believe a lot of these opinions could shift within just a few games next season.

  7. Dan Campbell screwed up the opportunity to get to the Super Bowl because he didn't believe in the team's capability. He and Brad Holmes were dumb enough to sign Goff to a big contract, and he can't even get the ball far enough to reach Jamison Williams. It's obvious that the talent on the sidelines was Ben Johnson! GET RID OF DAN!

  8. I blame Dan Campbell more than Brad Holmes. He had look over his entire coaching staff and all the players, and then he’s DECIDES TO CALL THE PLAYS? Brad Holmes gets “spoon fed” by his staff, all the underlings and scouts.

  9. I think Brad just realized this wasn’t good enough, I don’t think she came to Brad wrong, I bet before the season start Brad n Dan will get new contracts. Who can we get other thn him ( No Body)

  10. The problem is BH strategy of drafting to build a winning roster, since we drafted late we had slim picks and instead of getting ballerina type talents with our picks we were good since our roster was probowl type players, injuries ended that and because of his refusing to get FA were out of contention for the foreseeable future .Listening to his presser i believe he will continue to value draft picks over FA and as such we are out of the superbowl talk.Jared Goff will end up getting both BH and MCDC fired after he falls flat in 2026 seson, meanwhile we will be in QB PURGATURY for 2026 thru 2028 until new GM drafts the new breed black QB ..

  11. Go out and get Eric Bieniemy he would be a great offense coordinator for detroit the man is a runnin bck coach for bears and was the genius for chiefs offense

  12. Holmes needs to take some blame but so does Campbell. Hiring Morton for a Super Bowl team is not something to just ignore. He kicks a couple FG we are in the playoffs.

  13. I don't understand this mentality that getting to the superbowl is guaranteed if you have the right person or if you haven't gotten there you don't have the right people. lol. you make it sound like it's plain incompetence or the responsibility of one or two people that keeps us here. There are a lot of reasonable criticisms to make but this idea that they should be fired because they haven't won a superbowl yet is just nonsense

  14. You sir, are a complete fool.
You let your mouth write checks, you don’t have the facts to cash.

  15. I think Detroit should retain backup running back Montgomery. I'd give him one more year and see what happens. He is still a very good running back. I don't see nothing wrong with him.

  16. ? If Ben Johnson or Mike McDaniels had it been oc would we have made the playoffs? Yes means dan campbell's at fault. No means brad Holmes is at fault. Me personally, I like both of them and I think they're doing a fair job.. We fell off , but I trust these guys.
