Dante Moore Eve :/ bout to set this franchise back even more
I would 100% trade multiple first round picks for Mike Tomlin. Absolute no brainer
Great pod! Agree with everything you guys mention, especially the Rodgers topic. I like the direction things are going with all of these future picks. Excited to see how they handle this offseason.
Saleh's defense with SF has been mediocre to poor. SF has won because of offense.
It does come off as a bitter Jets fan. Like, I know Jets fans, even more famous ones like Joe Beningo rooting for him. Like he has tried to say how he loves it in Pittsburgh and Green Bay…and I get how that can be taken but he says it like it is…it was a terrible team in 2024 and he got hurt obviously in 2023. It also comes off as you don't like Aaron which is cool, most people don't like him but don't twist what he says and take his in game emotions and make it like he is some unhappy person while playing. This one of the most fun years of his career and he wanted that in NY. The divorce happened and we go into if he wanted or not but they made the final decision.
Saleh going to Arizona another poverty franchise
And Tomlin could take a year off and go right back to the Steelers when they draft a QB in April, 2027
Harbaugh, Tomlin, and Stefanski, are available. What a year for the Jets to keep Aaron Glenn 😂
Saleh and Stefanski deserve 2nd chance and can’t really judge them the first time around because their former teams were CURSED FRANCHISES! I wish we got to see if Eric Mangini was a good coach with a real organization but never got a third chance lol
Acting like we’re not gonna be looking for a coach next year is like talking to your kids and pretending you’re not sure if Santa is gonna come on December 25. Somethings are just so obvious it’s hard to pretend they’re not.
No, the Jets are gonna be a attractive place to go next year because they’re probably gonna have the number one or number two pick again and judging by the Colts and the Cowboys it’s not crazy to assume that all three pics will be in the top 12. That’s what’s gonna make them an attractive place to go. And maybe just maybe despite going 3–14 they’ll also have their quarterback of the future which then would make the next few drafts nice.
No Tomlin!
Read the Ian o connor book Aaron Rodgers is a narcissistic asshole.
Genius thumbnail
isn't the q will what % of probability do you think moore in 28 will be a top 15 qb with whatever team takes and grooms him. if you don't think it's at least 80%, then he's not worth a 2. i just don't see his mobiiity catering to extending plays or getting first downs ever improving. too much risk
i am amazed no one is seriously talking about raiding the indiana coordinators.
listening to this moron act like he knows about football. quinnen wanted rodgers. the team had to be told to stop griping when they let him go. we had a bad oline and he cant run but he took a team with crap skill position players to 10-7
wait so the team had to be told to not gripe publicly about letting rodgers go. but u know who knows better this fucking dickeater with a 80’s pushback joe caparoso stfuuuuuuuuu getting rid of rodgers was the exact worst idea. between our easy schedule and with a better oline garrett davante and hall mason taylor. we could have traded for a pass rusher to help we could have made the playoffs and at least ended that streak
but no lets blow it all up for a coach that hasnt earned the right to build a franchise an owner that lets his kids make decisions. what a joke
Saleh got 5 games with a capable nfl quarterback, went 2-3 losing to a couple playoff teams in close games, averaged 17.5 points per game against, and then got fired which lead to a sharp regression to individual players and the defense as a whole, which ended up giving up 29 points per game the rest of the way last season. Saleh will do well in a better situation.
The jets tanked the 2025 season from the start. It’s pretty obvious how they navigated this season. Come on, guys. They were predicted to be 5-11 by everyone and lost enough to get the 2, move to expensive players and add premium draft capital back. 🙄🤷🏾♂️
I'd respect you guys a ton if you admitted Glenn should be fired after year one. You're both smart enough to know that he won't be the coach in 2027 anyway. Jets are wasting their time
F Saleh, F Rodgers and F Douglas.
I think Joe praising the idea to get of Rodgers is silly. You said it was a great idea by Glenn because we'd be 6 and 10 and not building anything. What do you want to do the same thing that the Jets do since Chad Pennington and throw a rookie into the fire to ruin him? Pennington sat for 2 years. We should have used Rodgers as a bridge since we were already paying him. You want to believe in Glenn too much lol now we have to drive to rookie but we also need to sign a veteran for him to sit behind because he has to sit first. You say he was bad last year when he threw his shy of 4000 yards gimme a break compare that to the QB play this year.
Connor made some really well spoken points though on Rodgers
Saleh was a heck of a coach. But Zach Wilson was the QB
If Dante Moore come out Jets should trade the 2nd pick for 2 more first picks with Cardinals or Browns
