  1. With all due flowers to NE… it seems that the Belichick tree makes a lot of coordinators. And like you said, leader-followers so to speak. Bill was the big dog, and they ate after he did. And right now, offensive coaches under Shanahan seem to catch fire a bit. Robert Saleh got minced by the NY media, but also by the Jets' front office. That situation was a mess, so he might still be viable. Kubiak has the double pedigree: Gary's son and a Shanahan disciple. I wouldn't be mad if he got, and accepted an offer with a promise of giving him time to right the ship. Got an eye out for some of the other guys, but I'm not particularly onboard with Flores.

  2. Kubiak is beginning to feel like the man for the job.
    For my part, there's something of the possible return of DC4 to mentor Mendoza & to finish his career with us;
    & beyond that feel-good aspect, Kubiak is also the right offensive mind & pedigreed leader to take the helm.
    Ownership will invite all the coaches in & do their due dilligence, but Kubiak is the guy.
    I'd been saying the rams LaFleur was my choice, but that's purely from a schematic perspective, as I view that offense as one that could be installed on day 1 & outside of O-line, we have the players to run it on the roster.
    Salah would be great as well, I have total faith in his ability to coach men to greatness, & he def got the shaft in NY & they've proven their foolishness & ineptitude in dismissing him so quickly.
    I don't think Harbaugh would join us, nto merely for the reason you cited; but primarilly because he'd be coaching against his ownn brother 2wice a year or more. THe Superbowl against the 9'ers was bad enough! I see Harbs heading the Giants, but… ya never know.

    THanks Wasted!
    Men like you keep our band of Silv3er & Black brothers looking wisely ahead, & I'm grateful for all the uploads & livestreams.

  3. All these dudes in The RaiderNation have a hard on for Kubiak, but I’m here to tell you all, none of them even heard of Kubiak a year ago. But they are so damn obsessed with this silly shit like oh we gotta get the latest young hot OC. On that other YouTube channel, Mitch Renz, he’s such a weirdo, such a social misfit, and usually is drunk, he’s yelling and screaming that he’d rather have Kubiak, Shula, Webb, Minter, etc, over a John Harbaugh. See, this is why The RaiderNation has a reputation of being stupid. #TeamBobbyWomack 🕺🏿🏴‍☠️

  4. Eons ago coaches like the legendary George Halas, Paul Brown, Vince Lombardi, and Tom Landry controlled both offense & defense…. I know coaches like these don’t exist but hopefully the Raiders hire a man who is close to doing both

  5. What is amazing to me is that it is even an option to trade our pick away, and not get Mendoza. All I've heard for 20 years is we cant win because we dont have a QB. Now, we are going to out smart everyone and trade it away. Get effing Mendoza, spend the rest of our picks on a OL to protect him. Maybe a wide out. Get the offense rolling. Then next year shore up the offense and start on the D. In 2 years we might make the playoffs. By year 3 we should be serious contenders.

  6. Every year I say surely the people in the front office making the big bucks know more than me to make the decision . Yet every year they totally blow it.

  7. Just gonna gloss over and forget the fact that Brady and Spytek are the one's who just hired Carroll and fired him after 1 year, while wasting 50+ million of Davis' money! 😂😂

  8. There u go raiders trying to fuck shit up. This is wat the raiders have to do go get kubiak as a coach and draft Mendoza as the number 1 pick and his receiver sarrat as the 2 pick u worry about the rest later.
