4. I dont see any reason for hype for Harbaugh or Tomlin. Personally seems like the game passed them by, Tomlin especially. Tomlin has zero control over a locker room. Just look at the drama Tomlin had with his receivers and players under his tenure.

9. I agree the rooney rule can be degrading. But as a minority, I see 2 benefits: 1. It gives young minority coaches some experience in having to prepare for a high level interview. 2. It gets minority coaches an opportunity to get in front of decision makers. Even if a head coach position isnt landed, it can lead to other opportunities.

13. i'd be pretty excited with minter or kubiak, they sound like they'd be good options. i'm higher on stefanski though, i think the browns fo had to be effing around in that situation. and those two years he had were great, and with the browns.

15. The Rooney Rule is garbage. If I was a black or minority coaching candidate I would hate the Rooney Rule. How do these guys know if the team is genuinely interested or just satisfying the Rooney Rule. For instance the reason Flores is suing the NFL is directly related to the Rooney Rule. The Giants already knew they were hiring Brian Dabol but they had to bring Flores in for an interview which turned out to be a giant waste of time because it was only held to satisfy the Rooney Rule. I’d be pissed too if I was Flores. It’s just like DEI – why would anyone be in favor of it. Hire everyone on merit and then every person knows they were hired (and/or interviewed) because they were the best person for the job. Plus, if I paid billions for an NFL team I’m hiring the coach I want regardless of this dumb, patronizing rule. There are plenty of qualified minority coaches in football right now and several will get hired in this coaching cycle.

16. Doug – Lamar posted that he wants Kubiak as Baltimores coach. I like Kubiak too. I don’t want to trade any draft picks for Tomlin and Harbaugh just isn’t in the cards.

That's the reason we could have kept McDaniel seen what we got with QWERS…but everyone got what they wanted more than what is best for the team which would been McDaniel for 1 more year bring in a head coach when the they don't have to deal with this TUA situation which will haunt us for another year… Kevin Stefanski is a great coach it's so funny just because everyone so butthurt about Sanders 😢 when there is H.o.F coaches that missed on a lot of quarterbacks 😆… Stefanski didn't ask for that soap Opera the owner did all that and then since sanders is apart the the u know unjudgeable can't say nothing critique or anything "CULTURE" THEY want to say he is a great coach except the Sanders situation this new generation man is crazy soft..and funny thing all 32 teams passed on him and the 1 organization that gave him a chance gets destroyed from the same people seems ignorant to me same reason the Rooney rule u said is degrading u can't win u try to give minorities chances and woman and nothing is never good enough same reason we have people stam peading the streets for no reason against ice Federal agent's doing there job and it's the same usual suspects older white women or bull dikes with huge nose rings…it's just a sad world to look at how far we have fallen from just common sense about the world and 1 day a boy can be a girl WTF is going on… Anyway everyone have a blessed day remember life isn't fair and don't blame other people for your failures.. everyone gets dealt a hand and it's how you play it not the dealers fault…

    So much misinformation from the news peeps trying to break news and have "details" it's ridiculous!!! 😂 I can only imagine your frustration as a fan and trying to map all this out. We'll see what teams he visits and everyone pushing for clicks (trying to break news) is insane. I get the game. But like…. They write one article and say 3 teams and it's just random 3 teams and go "well maaaaaaaaaybw them too." Then they say 4 teams and toss a random team on there.

    It's simple. No one knows except the guy who knows. Him.

    I like the Chris Shula fit to the Steelers. I also like Saleh there. We'll see what's up. Lots to go. 37. Kyle Crabs brought this up, a coach that can develop players, Draft picks or URFA. Some one who can bring in staff who can teach & develop personnel. Every year we loose players gain players, the quality may very, but we seem to not be able to develop less experienced player, verse those who are plug & play!! If Miami hires a coach that lacks the skills to develop players, the GM needs to hire the staff to help, not just leave it to the Head Coach? Forget the Bruised ego of a Coach.

38. After firing Mike anything less is a loss . Sure i like the GM hire , we can get better especially if i listened to you before i agree with depth and the way our roster was so think in areas where if a player goes down we have a harder time even staying competitive lately .
    OL and Tua . I mean Tua is not terrible . A lot of misleading info going around where if you watch film again , film is importance in all this , you will see receivers not separating at all . Like Tua has to be perfect or none . That is a tall task each week and if you have guys going down and the ones replacing can’t separate or learn how to not run into coverage and run to open area but it wasn’t happening. So , to me the Tua thing was about injury in meaningless games. If we would of beat Pittsburgh, he would of started until .

    It doesn’t help when we get blown out in 3rd quarters as if no one knows what to do coming back from half . Is this Tua’s fault? I just think it got tough and Mike knew the whole picture which is why he didn’t comment much last 3 weeks on it .

    Is he supposed to say “well um the roster we put on the field is not good enough?” I mean , I would . One thing Weaver finally came out and said “We bringing in guys way too late and then rookies etc”

39. Could it be that the Dolphins hired a new GM too soon? Some of the higher end head coaches probably want more decision-making responsibility and the early Sullivan decision could be impacting that.
