I think they need to seriously consider Ben Brown, especially if the game starts and Wilson starts getting wrecked.
Agreed, Campbell got ripped apart by Mack and Oweh
And the following week, and the second* weekend of February
Campbell furiously googling “how to make your arms longer in 5 days”

I expect improvement. I will be shocked if McDaniels/Marrone don’t find a way to give some help.
More than anything, we need a gameplay from McD to help these guys out. Get the run game and the screen going early.
Hey they got exposed for being the rookies they are as the playoffs are a different animal from the regular season. Thankfully they pulled out a win and it was a valuable learning experience for both of them and I imagine they will have a better performance this time around.
It was Campbell’s first week back from injury against the Chargers so I’m optimistic he’ll be better this weekend (God help us)
They both just had the worst game of the year, in a playoff game, and the team still found a way to win. I have a gut feeling this week will look vastly different.

Lol Campbell is coming off an injury and maybe has one other noticeably bad game this year against Myles Garrett but Chris Collinsworth said something so the people who jumped on the bandwagon and watched their first game last week are going to just repeat it ad nauseum as if it’s reality.

at least maye is mobile. But yea they gotta be better. This is gonna be a low scoring one i think

Campbell didn’t even play badly, it’s just as fans we will disregard the good plays and remember the handful where he got beat
Can already see some of the same old social media BS on twitter, people coming out of their hole about the short arms. It’s never going to be perfect but Campbell is a good LT. Matt light was never perfect, Solder had way longer arms but from what I’ve seen this season Campbell is a better player than solder ever was.
lol I’ve seen like 5 posts here about everybody needing to be a hero. I wonder how some of you watched the Patriots dynasty for 20 years and think these things. What we need is for players to just do their jobs and minimize mistakes. Complementary football is how we beat the Texans. People need to play within themselves and just execute. If your path to victory is for players to “have the games of their lives,” you’re already dead.
Wilson and Bradburry were pretty bad. Campbell was actually graded pretty highly. A lot of the pressures came from line stunts to the inside or from the DT getting pushed into Campbell by Wilson.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the Patriots got shut out
Rhamondre and treyveon gonna have big games blocking too
It can’t be easy to miss an entire month of football and jump right back in to your first playoff action. Wills knee is most likely still not 100% and I’m sure he lost some strength being off of it for a month. I think they’ll have to manage around him all playoffs.

The Texans are dangerous because they have great rushers coming from all sides and pressure is going to be there. It’s going to be more on Drake to handle it better than Herbert did against us last week.

TE’s better chip block with the best of em too. The Houston edge has a first team all pro and a second team all pro.
I mean not really last year we had Zachary Thomas-Michael Jordan-Brown-Onwenu-Demontrey Jacobs as the OL and Maye threw for 250 yards passing 3 TD and was only sacked 4 times and hit another 4 times. Ya he had a bad INT on his first throw. Problem with that game was the defense. Their running game gashed us for like 180
