11. Q, I hear what you say about not going after your ex's, but hear me out on Gruden. He was the only coach to get us into the playoffs since Tom Flores (don't tell me Bill Callahan or Rick Bisaccia because they ran Gruden's offense). He is an offensive mastermind, and he is already on the payroll. I agree he cannot be given carte blanche like he was before, but they just have to let him know that although he can certainly ask for, but he is not calling the shots, Spytek and Brady are. Gruden's offensive mastery combined with Mendoza at QB, Jeanty at RB, Bowers and Mayer for 12 personnel, he will have that offense counted in the top 5 offenses in his first year back! What are you gonna lose? I would still rather have Mike LaFleur as HC and Nate Scheelhaase for OC, but if that doesn't work, and Kubiak goes elsewhere, Gruden is our best bet in my honest opinion!

12. To Be an OC, you have to know defenses. When i see BAD OCs (like the one the eagles had) – it's a guy who does NOT understand defenses! You cannot be an OC, Unless you have exceptional understanding of defenses. Kyle shanahan and mcvay are excellent examples of OCs who 100% understand defenses. This is why i say you want an OC.

17. I want Webb for HC and Daboll for OC/asst head coach. Webb played for Daboll in Buffalo, followed him to New York, and Daboll was a huge reason why he got hired by Sean Payton in the first place. Daboll probably won't get HC looks this go around, but he's shown he is a capable OC and maybe he would be willing to come, help Webb get his feet wet as an HC, and rebuild his reputation while eyeing a future bounce back to HC somewhere.

I’m warm to Kevin Stefanski, mini coaches, including Belichick have come through Cleveland cut their teeth, and this guy is a two time coach of the year so he must be doing something right and with the ingredients that he could mix here with Musgrave and Mendoza we gotta look at it you guys go Raiders🏈
