Going to pound the table for Harbaugh to hire Oregon’s oline coach A’lique Terry
What’s the conversation if Herbert goes 0-4 in the play offs
A little arrogant to think OC will flock to the chargers. Slater is injury prone and just had a severe season ender, Alt is injury prone after 2 seasons being hurt both. Herbert is what he is, great physical traits, but crashes out in playoffs. Chargers should look to draft one of the 2027 QBs
I don't want zion back , hes been better but the sporadic brain farts are never going away. Start fresh and work around slater and Alt
DANIEL If you’re not the type of guy that roots for people to get fired, then when 2 of them do. Why tf are you saying anything about Nick Hardwick.. ITS NICK HARDWICK! you want more heads? Know what, you’re right, a job is a job.. and I think locked on would do just fine without you.. since we giving out opinions.. (David.. YOU THE MAN!!)
Didn’t the chargers employ the former Bears passing game coordinator? Wasn’t he supposed to be an offensive wizard??!!
Sing Linderbaum, draft two guards and a swing tackle
So if Minter goes… then does the defense take a step back..? I would imagine it would😔
I literally said this on the fan call last year. He was doomed since day one. Everyone knew Greg Roman didn’t have it
Tell him to take the whole IOL with him.
David wearing his chargers gear is like me. Drinking in my chargers coffee mug
I want Mike McDaniel as our new OC. If we can get him and manage to keep Jesse in the wake of all the head coach firings, the Bolts would be legitimate Superbowl contenders.
I, for one, think it this dismissal should have happened last year. And wondering aloud if the Chargers would be better replacing Harbaugh with Minter. Just saying.
Is that a Volcom hat tho?
For Chargers offensive coordinator – Nate Scheelhaase, Rams pass game coordinator
The 35-year old Scheelhaase has already gotten three head coaching interviews in Baltimore, Cleveland, and Las Vegas, a testament to how highly he's thought of in league circles. Before joining Sean McVay in LA as an offensive assistant and pass game specialist in 2024, Scheelhaase was the offensive coordinator at Iowa State, where the Cyclones ran gap and zone at roughly equivalent rates. That experience could make him the most balanced candidate for the Chargers in their quest to modernize the Harbaugh team identity.
For Chargers offensive coordinator – Frank Smith, Dolphins offensive coordinator
The Chargers’ run game coordinator and offensive line coach in 2021 before being hired away for the coordinator job in Miami, Smith is once again a free agent with McDaniel and company on the way out. The 44-year old tutored Corey Linsley and a rookie Rashawn Slater to Pro Bowl honors in his lone season in Los Angeles before helping Miami to their first back-to-back playoff appearances in 20 years in 2022-23.
I know a lot of folks want the center from Baltimore, but thinking long term, wouldn’t it be a better idea to draft one instead? Because if history shows us anything, if the Chargers get Tyler, hell get a season ending injury shortly after acquiring him.
I don’t think David and Daniel understand how good of a wr tre Harris is because of this offense and his underutilization, as sports bettors I want yall to know his weekly o/u for receiving yards was never under 89 yards 😂. Go turn on his ole miss film. The guy has a route tree and serious rac and great hands. He was my #1 wr out of the draft. He’s THAT good
Wade got the most annoying voice ever 😂 hard to listen to
Wouldn’t surprise me at all if the players decided to bomb the last 3 games to get Greg Roman’s sorry 🍑 outta there.
Same fkers who were saying Roman was great. Then after he leaves oh ok he is bad now. Politics in football makes it ass to watch.
Not just OC’s but any player who wants a real shot at a title should be having their agents contact the Chargers front office.
This will be the most important hire of Jim Harbaugh's career.
I'm old and I like the heavy running game scheme. The thing that was the most frustrating about Roman was how he'd run successfully one week, and then not run again the next week. Never go to a quick passing game as well. But the offense would look completely different one week after the next. Obviously if your offense isn't working it'll look different, but he'd go away from what worked and when the new approached failed he'd stick with it to the end.
I’ve been a Chargers fan since I was old enough to understand the game (1993 season). It’s taken me a couple days to even dare to watch anything Charger related. These L’s affect me more than they should. So much disappointment over the years but also so much fun and excitement. Can’t wait for next season. Let’s go Bolts⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️
Herbert needs a therapist.
Losing this game was the best thing to happen
